Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to promote improvement in patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks

Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, integrated care

Guide Patients and Families: Equip patients and their caregivers with therapy insights to foster ongoing growth outside of the clinical environment

Document and Monitor Progress: Track clinical changes and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to help patients stay on their recovery path

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
