Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-focused care at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Marmet, WV. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and well-being. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Support rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and coordinate comprehensive care plans. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical records (EMR) system. Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care and treatment options. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. Strong assessment and clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
