Join Sequretek Inc as a Software Sales Manager and lead our dynamic sales team in Princeton, NJ. In this exciting role, you will drive revenue growth and expand our market presence while promoting cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales collateral.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing deals.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members.
- Report on sales performance and forecast future sales trends.
- Proven experience in software sales, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Positive attitude and a passion for technology and sales.
