Billing Analyst

Job Summary Billing Analyst responsible for the preparation and issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm’s software systems. Job Duties Process monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceNow queue. Proofs and ensure accuracy of invoice generation. Assist with client, project, or contract changes as needed for invoice generation. Other duties as required. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Experience: Two (2) or more years in Billing and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) role required. Experience within a professional services firm preferred. License/Certifications: N/A. Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required; proficiency with SharePoint preferred; Oracle Fusion or other project‑based ERP systems required. Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Displays superior verbal and written communication skills; capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels; possesses superior customer service skills; ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks with attention to detail; ability to successfully multi‑task while working independently or in coordination with other administrative or management professionals; understands and maintains confidentiality of all information; excellent time management skills.
