Director of Business Development, Kitting, Assembly and Promotional Logistics We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-performing Director ofBusiness Development to drive enterprise-level sales for our"Brand Logistics" division. We don't just sell warehousespace or promo pens - we sell seamless, end-to-end execution. In thisrole, you will sell high-value, integrated programs that combinecustom merchandise sourcing with our in-house assembly, kitting,printing and distribution capabilities. (new-hire onboarding kits, VIPgifting programs, custom marketing kits, sales enablement kits,product sample programs, and subscription boxes.). You will targetenterprise decision-makers across Marketing, HR, Sales, andProcurement, showing them the immense ROI of consolidating theirfragmented promo vendors and 3PL providers into one seamless,automated solution. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Prospecting: Identify, target, and acquire mid-market andenterprise B2B accounts that require multi-component kitting programs(e.g., employee onboarding kits, influencer marketing packages, salesenablement kits, and VIP client gifts). Consultative Program Design: Partner with client leadership to designend-to-end brand logistics programs, balancing custom merchandiseselection, high-end unboxing presentations, and cost-effectiveshipping strategies. Technology & Storefront Integration: Pitch and introduce ourcorporate online store capabilities, helping clients automate"kit-on-demand" triggers for their global remote teams andsales reps. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internalpurchasing, graphic design, and warehouse operations teams totransition new client accounts smoothly and ensure flawless execution. Pipeline & Revenue Management: Maintain an active pipeline in ourCRM, accurately forecast quarterly revenue, and consistently meet orexceed aggressive gross margin targets. Proven track record of selling complex, multi-component programs(like corporate stores or ongoing onboarding programs) rather thanjust transactional, one-off orders. Familiarity with online swag portals, custom packaging design, andbasic kitting workflows. A little about us... Experience and Skills Experience : 5+ years of B2B sales experience ineither enterprise Promotional Products/Swag Program sales ORspecialized 3PL/Kitting Fulfillment services. Candidates withhands-on experience across both will be given top priority. Track Record : Proven history of closinghigh-value B2B contracts with an average annual contract value(ACV) of $100,000+. Technical Aptitude : Understanding of corporateswag portals, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), basic APIintegrations, and warehouse management metrics. Executive Presence : Exceptional communication andpresentation skills, with a comfortable, consultative approachwhen presenting to C-suite, VP, and Director-level buyers. Range $70k-$90k Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and monthlycommission programs based on contract gross margins, with targetOTE of $110,000 – $150,000+ Comprehensive benefits package including Health Insurance and a401K plan.
