Description – What Awaits You

• Assess test results for fidelity, troubleshoot any inconsistencies, and execute routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection and get samples ready for testing when required.
• Maintain detailed records of all procedures, guide new employees or trainees, and ensure laboratory quality assurance standards are met.
• Uphold a clean and secure working environment while complying with regulations and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be acquired within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
