Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Expectations

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Maintain relevant certification throughout your tenure.
