Your Contributions

• Conduct both routine and sophisticated laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile following established protocols.
• Carefully analyze test results to ensure precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform necessary upkeep and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain high standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health qualification, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your tenure.
