Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Analyze test results meticulously, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for laboratory testing.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new team members, and help maintain quality standards within the lab.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while complying with regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active credentials throughout your employment.
