Sales Account Executive - Shipping

Location: Must reside in the Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco Bay, CA areas
Compensation: $65,000$75,000 base + up to $54,000 variable with uncapped commission (OTE $110k+ at 100% to quota)

You Will
- Own the full sales cycle prospect, pitch, demo, negotiate, and close.
- Hunt for new growth drive expansion, competitive takeaways, and new business wins.
- Sell consultatively by understanding client operations and recommending the right shipping and logistics solutions.
- Partner cross?functionally with Client Success, Product, and Sales Engineering to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Engage clients face?to?face through local travel, events, and onsite meetings.
- Leverage modern sales tech CRM, prospecting tools, and pipeline management.
- Stay current on industry trends in shipping, logistics, and eCommerce.
You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of prospecting and closing.
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions (shipping/logistics/mailing preferred).
- Confidence running virtual demos and discovery sessions.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline and activity.
- A self?starter mindset with a proven ability to exceed goals.
