ServiceNow Developer

Salary: $62,500 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• Current client EOD is preferred; ability to obtain client EOD is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelors degree.
• 1–3 years of ServiceNow development experience, including configuration, coding and scripting, design, deployment, and development or customization of core ServiceNow applications.
• ITSM experience.
• Experience working on an Agile team.
• ServiceNow certification.
• Client-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, or development of Portal or CMDB.

• Configure solutions for assigned user stories.
• Configure, code, and unit test ServiceNow capabilities of simple to moderate complexity.
• Participate in product demonstrations, project ceremonies, and code reviews.
• Support defect remediation, including user acceptance testing and completing assigned fixes.
• Provide end-user training as needed, and research and troubleshoot Tier 2 and Tier 3 ServiceNow issues.
• When needed, back up the mid-level developer by researching and responding to ServiceNow incidents.
• Coordinate with enterprise teams responsible for re-platforming and developing locally developed applications.
• Help develop functional business requirements and assist users in prioritizing business-process and technology solutions.
• Understand business processes and priorities, assess alternative solutions, and contribute technology recommendations to improve business operations.
• Collaborate with peers to coordinate delivery of technology solutions to business groups.
• Build knowledge of the clients vision and apply it to continuous improvement initiatives.
