We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing operations by inputting data, assisting HR, and filing paperwork. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting HR with all necessary paperwork, filing, uploading, etc.
- Use computers and business software daily
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED required
- Admin assistant experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Team-focused with a problem-solving mindset
