Litigation Associate

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with approximately 3–7 years of civil litigation experience who are looking to take on meaningful case responsibility while expanding their courtroom and trial experience. Driven by a significant increase in wildfire litigation, the firm is growing its litigation team and seeking attorneys who are ready to manage cases from inception through resolution. Unlike positions focused primarily on document review, this role provides substantial hands‑on litigation experience, including depositions, motion practice, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation—all within a collaborative environment that emphasizes mentorship and professional development.
