Lauderdale office is seeking a 2nd to 3rd year associate to join the Family Law practice. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials; strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery; and second-chair hearing/trial preferred. Ideal candidates should have experience with lender representation, sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions, developer representation and leasing. Must be proficient at complex legal drafting. Prior law firm experience and Florida Bar required. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Professional-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both languages is required to serve our clients. Trust & Estates Attorney - Multiple Office Locations - 0315 Trust & Estates Attorney is needed in any of our Florida offices. Attorneys should have 2-10 years of experience (ideally with some business for candidates with 5+ years, but not required).
