Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and document therapy sessions following established medical records policies to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients receive the support they need in moments of acute distress.

• Carry out a diverse range of therapeutic services, which include individual therapy, family therapy, psychological evaluations, and group therapy sessions tailored to specific needs.

• Participate in regular trainings and clinical meetings to enhance therapeutic methodologies and discuss best practices within the team.

• Diagnose and evaluate mental and emotional disorders, developing and implementing treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.

• Occasionally facilitate bariatric psychological evaluations and participate in enriching therapeutic retreats and activities.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
