You’ll manage listings from signed agreement through market launch , coordinate key deadlines and details, and keep agents focused on selling—not administrative tasks.

Experience as a Listing Manager or Client Success Manager is preferred. Familiarity with MLS, Dotloop, Salesforce, or similar real estate technology is a plus.

Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:As a Real Estate Listing Manager , you'll oversee the listing process from preparation to market launch, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional client experience.
Coordinate listing activities and ensure properties are market-ready
Partner with agents to streamline listing operations and maximize productivity
Maintain accurate listing agreements, records, and compliance documentation
Coordinate marketing materials and listing launches to maximize property exposure
Manage communication between clients, agents, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor real estate market trends and provide insights to improve listing strategies
Develop and improve operational processes that increase team efficiency and client satisfaction
Experience in real estate operations, listing management, or client success
Strong ability to lead and coordinate listing activities from agreement to market launch
Proven success collaborating with agents to improve workflow and client experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and compliance skills
Experience coordinating real estate marketing materials and listing campaigns
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, agents, and vendors
Analytical and data-driven , with the ability to use market trends to improve listing strategies
Proactive problem-solver with a focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction
