I opened my agency in 1997 and today lead a team of seven dedicated professionals. Our team brings a wide range of experience, from new team members to those who have been with us for more than a decade. We take pride in providing exceptional customer service while creating a supportive environment where people can build long-term careers. Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are. Each year, we host a Back-to-School BBQ where we invite our customers and neighbors to enjoy lunch with us while providing free school supplies to local students and families. Our agency offers a health stipend, Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, birthdays off, and a strong commitment to supporting our team's success. We believe in recognizing our team members and creating a workplace where people feel valued. Our culture is built on teamwork and a work hard, play hard mentality. - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
