You will manage searches from the first client conversation through the accepted offer, becoming a trusted partner to both healthcare organizations and candidates.Develop and manage relationships with healthcare clients through consultative business developmentLearn each client's hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategiesResearch healthcare markets and identify high-potential candidatesSource, screen, and interview nursing leadership professionalsPresent qualified candidate shortlists to clientsGuide clients and candidates through compensation discussions and offer negotiationsMaintain organized and accurate candidate and client pipelines in our proprietary CRMWho Will Thrive Here?You do not need years of recruiting experience to succeed at CMC.
