Behavior Technician / Paraprofessional Opportunities - Chino, CA
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking dedicated and flexible Behavior Technicians and Paraprofessionals to support K–12 students for the upcoming school year. These are full-time opportunities working in supportive educational environments with opportunities to assist students in both 1:1 and classroom-based settings.
Position Details
- Position: Behavior Technician / Paraprofessional / RBT
- Schedule: Full-time
- Start Date: August 10th
- Caseload: K–12 students
- Settings: 1:1 support and classroom support environments
- Additional Duties: Bus riding responsibilities may be included
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral and academic support to students throughout the school day
- Assist teachers and school staff with classroom management and student engagement
- Support students in 1:1 and small group settings
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and student support plans
- Maintain professionalism and flexibility with school placement assignments
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or students preferred
- Ability to work with a variety of grade levels and student needs
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility regarding school placement and assignments required
