Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining essential communication with the team and stakeholders. Our outpatient office structure encourages collaborative work with other mental health professionals and educators, providing a well-rounded approach to student care. You will be expected to adhere to a structured Monday through Friday work schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of students with special requirements.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's mental health issues and emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and emotional disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to promote personal growth, emotional regulation, and effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and therapists, to coordinate holistic care for each student.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate students and families about mental health conditions and the resources available to them.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n
