Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Carriage Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to address diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in various individuals and families.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing initial and ongoing discharge plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions as outlined in patient treatment plans, ensuring a nuanced approach to therapy.

• Creating initial treatment plans based on detailed assessments and continuously coordinating additional services required throughout the treatment process.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of all therapy services in compliance with facility and professional standards, regularly updating records as necessary.

• Managing a designated caseload effectively while participating in treatment team meetings to facilitate collaboration and ensure optimal patient care.

• Upholding a professional, empathetic attitude toward clients and addressing any complaints or needs to enhance their therapeutic journey.

• Prioritizing patient safety in all interactions and interventions.

• Engaging in continuous professional development and other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
