Human Resources Generalist Location: Laverne, TN Pay Rate: $24.00 $26.00 per hour Shift: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Position Type: Temporary | Starting in August Length: Approx. 8-9 months What You'll Be Doing: Employee relations and HR support including investigations and documentation Payroll processing and cross-training opportunities Benefits/open enrollment support Responsiveness and strong communication with employees and operations teams Managing HR inbox/questions with timely follow-up Assisting with onboarding, background checks, and general HR processes What You Need to be Successful: Strong communication skills Problem-solving ability Professionalism and confidentiality Ability to work well with managers and operations leadership Someone who can maintain boundaries, stay positive, and avoid workplace drama Organized, dependable, and team-oriented personality Bilingual ability and experience with payroll & benefit systems are helpful (but not required) Experience with payroll/benefits systems is a plus Perks You'll Love: Competitive pay based on your experience and impact Full benefits package medical, dental, vision, and optional 401(k) Growth opportunities Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
