Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psycho-social assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate comprehensive clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy using a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients undergoing acute mental health emergencies, equipping them with coping strategies and resources.

• Safeguard patient confidentiality by maintaining precise and secure client records, including treatment plans, progress documentation, and assessment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and additional healthcare specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment that respects each client's unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
