Communicate with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, dates, interests, budget, and specific needs. Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources. Help coordinate selected arrangements and organize confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information. Provide helpful client support by answering routine questions, sharing updates, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
