Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques, including active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and functional training, to guide patients through their rehabilitation process.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and promote adherence to therapeutic protocols, empowering them to take charge of their recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and cohesive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to monitor outcomes and adjust strategies as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients primarily involved in orthopedic rehabilitation, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and those experiencing chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or the equivalent.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with various rehabilitation techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
