Work Environment

This role is performed onsite at our outpatient facility located in Torrance, California. The physical therapist will work a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal issues to determine treatment needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on improving functional mobility, strength, and overall health.
• Document patient progress meticulously in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and physical therapist assistants, to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs and preventative techniques to support recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training, staying updated on the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

The primary clientele includes senior adults and individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries, ranging from sports-related injuries to chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a current California State Physical Therapy License.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
