Trillium Staffing is seeking a CNC Operator for a local company to load raw materials into a CNC cylindrical grinder and run production cycles.
Most importantly, the CNC Operator will be performing quality inspections by using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, & bore gauge) to check parts against blueprints and identifying defects.
Schedule is 1st shift, Monday - Friday. Pay rate is $18 to $19 an hour depending on experience.
Technical skills: Proficient in reading basic blueprints & drawings - Precision Focus: High attention to detail for holding tight tolerances - Tools: Digital & analog micrometer, bore gauge - Mathematical skills: Basic - Qualified candidate for the CNC Machine Operator must have a High School diploma/GED, willing to learn, mechanical aptitude and work well as a team. The company is willing to train. Critical thinking and dexterity are a necessity for the position.
