• GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS- We offer a NO B.S. compensation package that includes solid pay with production-based bonuses so when the shop does better, you do better! Our entry level techs earn $25 - $45 per hour and we have plenty of work! We also offer: Health Benefits Package Options: Medical (50% company paid!) + Dental + Vision (D&V Company Paid!) / Employee Discounts / 401k w/3% Employer Match.
• WORK-LIFE BALANCE (GET YOUR LIFE BACK!) – We’re committed to you being happy and your life working inside and outside of the shop. Vacation time available after 1 year, 6 Paid Holidays Standard (with extra days included depending on how they land in the calendar - this year it's 8!) and a 5-Day Work Week (NO WEEKENDS) will help you rest and spend time with your family and friends doing the things you love to do.
