Portfolio Administrator
Cyperus Group LLC
- Support coordination of the investment portfolio activities, across internal and external investment managers, custodians and internal stakeholders to support business needs, which include asset and cash transfers, onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Process and instruct cash and security transfers, ensuring timely settlement and alignment with appropriate approvals.
- Assist with monitoring cash balances and exceptions, escalating issues where needed.
- Support ongoing administration of custody accounts, coordinating across custodians, trustees and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate investment operations records and documentation.
- Assist with periodic operational reporting and management information.
- Provide desk coverage as needed, supporting trade settlement processes after EU business hours. xhyhwjd
- Support broader Investment Operations initiatives and projects as required
- This role will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of investment operational activities by supporting portfolio administration, investment account maintenance, custody account administration, and trade support.
