Now Hiring: Customer Service/Dispatch Representative (CSR/DSR)
In-Office Position
Are you great with customers and organized enough to keep a busy service schedule moving? We are a home services company looking for a Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to help take care of our customers and support our field team.
We enjoy having fun in the office, but we also know when to focus and get things done. We take pride in being responsive, staying efficient, and answering the phone when it rings. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, takes ownership of their work, and follows through.
Pay: $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Location: [Everett Area] — in office
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries from lead platforms, website submissions, and the office email inbox.
- Gather accurate information and book service appointments.
- Dispatch technicians based on job priority, location, availability, and skill set.
- Monitor job progress and adjust the schedule as needs change.
- Keep customers updated on arrival times and communicate clearly with technicians.
- Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and follow-up tasks.
- Use Excel to maintain tracking spreadsheets and support daily reporting.
- Help resolve customer concerns and keep the day running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing information, updating spreadsheets, and using basic formulas.
- Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or a similar customer and service management platform.
- Strong phone skills and clear written communication.
- The ability to stay calm, organized, and productive when the phones are busy and schedules change.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to help the team.
- Previous customer service or dispatch experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or another home service industry is preferred.
