- # RN, Clinical Coordinator - Saint Luke's EastApplylocations: Saint Luke's East Hospital | 100 NE Saint Lukes Blvd | Lees Summit | MOtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JobReq0058212# **Job Description****Saint Luke's East is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join the team!*****This position will support CVRU, Medical Specialty & Intermediate Float Pool.*****Schedule: 8a-5p | Monday-Friday****Candidates must possess: BSN, BLS Certification and a MO RN license.**Main Duties of this role include:* Onboarding RN's and NA's* Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the unit* Serves as a positive, professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgement, and decision-making skills* The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in maintaining departmental records, scheduling staff development and other special projects* Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment* Developing, promoting, and providing follow up on patient care and quality initiativesCandidates with previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting are encouraged to apply.# **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:1 yearBasic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - VariousBachelor's Degree# **Job Details**Full TimeDay (United States of America)***The best place to get care.
