This is a full-time remote position that allows you to work with a supportive and inclusive team from the comfort of your home. Although the majority of your work will be remote, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow professionals in our well-equipped community health clinic on occasion. Our flexible scheduling seeks to accommodate both business hours and occasional evening shifts, ensuring comprehensive coverage for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Delivering evidence-based therapy modalities to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Working collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care that addresses every aspect of a client’s well-being.

• Providing crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, demonstrating compassion and clinical expertise as you guide them through challenging moments.

• Participating in community outreach efforts and educational programs to enhance mental health literacy and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Your client focus will range across a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable building strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively working with individuals from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
