Salary: $20 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all front desk reception duties, greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule and manage client intake appointments, coordinating with staff and clients as needed.
  • Track and follow up with referral sources to maintain strong professional relationships and ensure seamless communication.
  • Perform data entry with high accuracy, maintaining and updating client information and other records.
  • Handle Medicaid billing, including submission, tracking, and resolving any billing issues.
  • Manage general office duties, including answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files, including filing, archiving old records, and conducting regular file reviews to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the behavioral health field would be a plus.
  • Experience with medical or Medicaid billing is a significant plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Pay: $20/hour

Hours: 40/week
