Salary: $20 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all front desk reception duties, greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and manage client intake appointments, coordinating with staff and clients as needed.
- Track and follow up with referral sources to maintain strong professional relationships and ensure seamless communication.
- Perform data entry with high accuracy, maintaining and updating client information and other records.
- Handle Medicaid billing, including submission, tracking, and resolving any billing issues.
- Manage general office duties, including answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, including filing, archiving old records, and conducting regular file reviews to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the behavioral health field would be a plus.
- Experience with medical or Medicaid billing is a significant plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Pay: $20/hour
