Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at ProHero, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine patients' mental health needs, leading to the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based practices.

• Providing a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies, ensuring that each patient's unique preferences and circumstances are prioritized.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, thus ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate holistic care for patients.

• Regularly participating in professional development opportunities such as case consultations, where you will share insights and refine your clinical approach.

• Providing education and resources to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community support services to empower them in their journey towards wellness.

• Staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health treatment to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele seeking assistance for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
