Temporary Employee Engagement Specialist - (13307)

We are currently seeking a Temporary Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will perform prime source verification activities in accordance with company contracts, internal policies, and applicable regulatory standards. The Employee Engagement Specialist follows established policies and procedures to ensure that applicants are properly verified and accurately uploaded into a secured online credentialing database. This position is fully remote and is dependent on contract award. Key Responsibilities Collect and verify position-specific credentialing information using appropriate primary sources. Review files for completeness, accuracy, consistency, work history, education, hospital privileges, and references. Ensure credentialing files meet Joint Commission standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Upload, maintain, and update provider and employee data in a secure credentialing database in compliance with federal and state regulations. Generate and provide reports or data summaries to department staff as needed. Communicate regularly with providers, provider office staff, and internal teams to obtain information and provide status updates. Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding the credentialing and verification process. Perform additional duties assigned to support departmental and organizational needs. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma. College degree preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior credentialing or verification experience preferred. Additional Qualifications (Remote Work Competencies) Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools. Detail-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards. Location Restrictions This position is available only in approved work locations.
