Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in T24 / core banking systems operating within a Windows Server environment. The ideal candidate will support infrastructure operations, system testing, incident management, and operational flow design for mission-critical banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support infrastructure operations for T24 / core banking systems running on Windows servers
• Perform system operations, monitoring, and testing activities within Windows Server environments
• Handle incidents and troubleshoot issues during testing and production phases
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure stable system operations
• Design and maintain operation flows and batch operation flows
• Support release activities, operational readiness, and environment validation
• Ensure operational procedures and documentation are maintained and updated
• Participate in issue analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years' experience in infrastructure operations for T24 / core banking platforms
• 5 years' hands-on experience working in Windows Server environments
• 5 years' experience in system operations, system testing, and production support
• 5 years' experience in incident handling and troubleshooting during testing and production
• 5 years' experience designing operation flows and batch operation flows
• 5 years' experience with operational processes and support methodologies
• Strong communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or financial services industry experience
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and scheduling tools
• Experience working in high-availability production environments
• Ability to coordinate with offshore/onshore teams

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
