We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper for our Manufacturing client in Marlboro, NJ. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting and payroll functions while ensuring accuracy across financial records, payroll processing, and vendor invoicing. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll administration, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and strong Excel skills. Experience with JobPower software is a plus. Responsibilities Process weekly payroll using ADPCollect Review and enter employee timecards and hours for payroll processing Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reconciliation reports Enter accounts payable invoices accurately and timely Match vendor invoices to purchase orders (POs) Enter customer and vendor invoices… #J-18808-Ljbffr
