Accounting Clerk

Client Overview Our client is a rapidly growing organization in the manufacturing industry that is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk. This company has a great work environment, and they are looking for a candidate with general accounting knowledge and experience. Salary/Hourly Rate $26/hr - $28/hr Position Overview The Accounting Clerk will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and Accounting Management. Our client is ideally looking for someone who is well-versed in Accounts Receivable and has a background in general accounting. Experience with A/R and advanced Excel is an absolute must. Responsibilities Accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities. Preparing and posting entries; assisting with MEC. Assisting with coordination of financial audits. Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and projections. Processing invoices. General ledger and reconciliations. Required Experience / Skills Experience with ERP systems and applicable Accounting/Financial software. 3 - 5 years of experience. Analytical. Experienced in Excel (pivot tables & V-lookups). General Accounting/ AR/AP is an absolute must. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus but not a must.
