This role focuses on advanced diagnostics, drivability, electrical and communication diagnostics, general repair, and R&R work across European, Asian, domestic, and fleet vehicles. Technicians work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with access to Autel scan tools, paid training, toolbox relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including electrical, communication, and drivability diagnostics. Complete general automotive repairs and R&R work on European, Asian, domestic, and fleet vehicles. Use Autel scan tools and diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns. Handle a workload consisting of approximately 40% diagnostic work and 60% maintenance work. Perform assigned maintenance and repair work efficiently while supporting shop workflow. Document vehicle findings and repair information as required for the technician workflow. Work alongside the lead technician and shop team to complete assigned repairs. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of automotive repair experience REQUIRED Advanced automotive diagnostic skills, including electrical and drivability diagnostics. Specialized automotive repair experience is required. Experience working on European, Asian, domestic, and/or fleet vehicles. Ability to use Autel scan tools and related diagnostic equipment. Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience is preferred but not required. Must provide your own technician tools. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $60,000-$110,000 per year.
