Work Environment\n This position is a full-time remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still contributing to a supportive and collaborative professional environment. While you will primarily conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, you will also engage in team meetings and case consultations to ensure integrated care for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories, enabling accurate identification of treatment opportunities. \n Collaborate with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and resilience. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to meet individual client needs. \n Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies. \n Work closely with psychiatrists and multi-disciplinary teams to provide integrated care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans are in place. \n Deliver crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a calm and organized approach to urgent situations. \n Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses and coping mechanisms, while helping them navigate available resources. \n Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation consistent with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n Engage in continuous professional development through participation in relevant training, workshops, and conferences. \n Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance care delivery. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse population of individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including abuse, neglect, relationship violence, and natural disasters. By offering specialized therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s unique experiences, you will help restore hope and facilitate healing in their lives. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania. \n A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical practice with a focus on trauma-informed care. \n Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders, treatment modalities, and resilience-building evidence-based practices. \n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach in all interactions. \n Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications. \n Ability to remain composed in high-stress situations, showing flexibility and adaptability to clients’ needs. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team is highly desirable. \n A demonstrated history of utilizing trauma-focused therapeutic practices successfully. \n Proven ability to engage clients from diverse cultural backgrounds with sensitivity and understanding. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
