Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish precise mental health diagnoses, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include individuals facing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, employing cultural competence to enhance the therapeutic experience and promote meaningful recovery pathways.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility and expertise.
\n
• Comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and current evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to provide both individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.
\n
• Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills, paired with the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building and maintaining rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Technologically proficient in EHR systems and general computer applications.
\n
• Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and the maintenance of professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is four years, additional experience in specialized areas such as substance abuse, trauma-informed care, and group therapy is highly desirable. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
