Regional Vice President

Regional Vice President, Commercial Sales – A senior leadership role responsible for guiding a team of Account Executives to expand customer spend within existing accounts and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Set and monitor quota performance and pipeline generation. Conduct customer calls and maintain key stakeholder relationships. Develop proactive territory strategies and account plans. Mentor team members, provide coaching, and foster collaboration. Participate in cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives. Travel as needed to support business objectives. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of quota‑carrying software sales experience with a BA/BS degree. Over 4 years of leadership experience managing sales teams in the software or SaaS industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals. Experience in eSignature or CLM solutions is a plus. Strong strategic relationship building and territory planning skills. Proficiency with sales tools and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
