SAP MM Lead (S2S)

Salary: $166,400 - 176,800 per year Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP MM, including SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
• Deep understanding of Source to Settle and Procure to Pay processes, inventory management, and materials valuation.
• Experience with release strategies, pricing procedures, account determination, procurement analytics, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM integrations with SAP FI/CO, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP WM/EWM, and SAP Ariba.
• Experience with IDocs, APIs, and interface coordination preferred.
• Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and requirements discussion skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and process documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global delivery environments.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM configuration, SAP Fiori applications, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HP ALM, JIRA, or similar testing and delivery tools.
• SAP MM certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies is preferred.
• Exposure to PLM and MES is highly desirable; semiconductor industry expertise is highly desirable.

• Partner with functional subject matter experts and business stakeholders to understand procurement and materials management processes and requirements.
• Lead workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analyses for Source to Settle processes.
• Design SAP MM solutions that meet business needs and align with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Own the global transition blueprint, coordinating workstreams for a seamless migration from legacy ECC MM to S/4HANA.
• Validate and refine real-time integrations with Siemens Teamcenter PLM to synchronize bills of materials, engineering change orders, and material master data with S/4HANA MM.
• Drive delivery of high-speed integration architectures connecting S/4HANA MM/PP with Shop Floor MES platforms, including Mendix and Kinaxsis, to support real-time inventory consumption, serial number tracking, and work-in-progress visibility.
• Audit and guide the strategy for converting legacy ECC vendor and customer records to the S/4HANA Business Partner model, enforcing data governance across PLM, ERP, and MES touchpoints.
• Configure SAP MM functions for procurement, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory management.
• Manage goods receipt and invoice receipt processes, vendor master management, valuation and account determination, release strategies, and service procurement.
• Support integration design across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP SD, SAP FI/CO, SAP WM/EWM, and SAP PP.
• Support integration design with other applications, including Teamcenter PLM and OpsCenter/Mendix MES.
