Looking to work in one of the top-performing insurance agencies in North Texas?
Our agency owners are competitive, energetic, team-oriented and looking for Tier A salespeople to join their agency team.
- Create insurance quotes for clients calling in to the agency
- Generate business with warm leads provided by the Agency owner
- Team collaboration meeting each week in the agency
- Ensure each customer has an outstanding customer experience
- Attend training & workshops at our Presidents Council District Office
- Career advancement opportunity and unlimited earnings potential
- Enjoy a weekly team "treat" when goals are met by the TEAM
Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities- Agency provides excellent salary + commission with additional bonus opportunities for outstanding performance
- Monday to Friday work week in agency office
- PTO and holidays
- Enjoy a team culture of fun, camaraderie, and mentorship
- Possess or obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty TX License
- Possess or obtain, within 30 days of hire, a General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO TX Insurance license
- Motivated and determined to succeed
- Meet or exceed premium goals set with your Agent
- Sales experience or a client-facing sales background
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a professional demeanor
- Pass a criminal and financial background check
