Legal Assistant/Paralegal (Labor & Employment)

Our client, a mid-sized law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice. This role combines traditional legal assistant responsibilities with paralegal work. Responsibilities: Support attorneys with litigation and case management activities Manage calendars, court deadlines, filings, and legal documents Assist with discovery, subpoena preparation, and trial preparation Perform wage and hour data analysis and damages calculations Partner closely with the firm's Labor & Employment paralegal on complex employment matters Maintain case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with clients, courts, and vendors Requirements: Strong knowledge of California court procedures and e-filing Advanced Excel skills Experience with eDiscovery platforms and litigation software is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Bridgeline Solutions
