Packing Coordinator - Weekends (Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm)

Job Summary

Ball Pro is looking for a detail oriented and dependable Machine Operator to work in our growing assembly department. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing company. Previous machine operating experience and lead skills required. Previous cartoner machine operating experience a plus. We will train motivated individuals!

Responsibilities/Qualifications

General responsibilities:

Organizing jobs to be run for the day
Following job instructions
Quality control
Prepping materials for jobs
Running orders on the automatic golf ball packager
Leading small teams on assembly and packing of orders
Execute work flow

Other skills: Strong mathematical aptitude. Attention to detail (grammar, spelling, color, etc.) and quality a must. Ability to work independently.

Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Willingness to work while standing most of the day
Ability to lift 30-40 pounds at times
Machine operating experience a definite plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
High school diploma/GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
