Shipping & Receiving AssociateRideNow Powersports Boulder is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team.What You'll Do:Receive, unpack, verify, and accurately log incoming shipments of parts and accessoriesEnsure products are correctly stocked in designated bins and storage areasMaintain and update the inventory system to reflect real-time data and accurate stock levelsCoordinate outbound shipments following specific carrier instructions (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)Participate in scheduled physical inventory counts and reconciliationsSupport parts counter and service team as neededAssist with administrative tasks and general parts department operations as assignedWhat We're Looking For:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling)Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entryExcellent communication skills—both written and verbalStrong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask effectivelyPrior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferredExperience with inventory systems preferredMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 50lbsMust be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.Why RideNow/RumbleOn?Medical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer paid life and short-term disability insurancePaid time off and vacationEmployee discounts on parts, accessories, and gearAll applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening.
