Required Skills

• Valid NBRC RRT credential and active Indiana license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, including pediatric and adult acute care settings
• Proficiency in airway management, medication administration, vent management, ABGs, and oxygen therapy
• Experience with suctioning, pulmonary toileting, nebulizers, BiPAP, and CPAP therapies
• Ability to float between NICU, PEDS acute care, and adult intensive care units as required

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with bronchoscopy procedures
• Familiarity with documentation systems like Cerner
• Working knowledge of Hamilton G5 and Philips V60 ventilators
• Exposure to trauma, teaching hospitals, or ER environments

Preferred Education and Experience

• A strong background with at least 2 years of pediatric and adult respiratory therapy experience in high-acuity settings
• Additional certifications or specialized training in neuro diagnostics is a plus

Other Requirements

• Willingness to work night shift (4x12-hour shifts from 17:30 to 06:00) on weekends and holidays
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required for eligibility
• Compensation: $62.34/hour, weekly direct deposit pay schedule
