What You'll Bring:

• Valid IN License in hand
• NBRC RRT Certification, BLS, ACLS
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult ICU settings, including respiratory care procedures like airway management, vent management, ABGs, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary toileting
• Proficiency with equipment such as Hamilton G5 and Philips V60, and familiarity with documentation systems like Cerner
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts from 17:30 to 06:00), with rotation for holidays
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in collaborative team environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with trauma, ER, or teaching hospital environments
• Skills with bronchoscopes and neuro diagnostics procedures
• Prior experience with complex respiratory care equipment and neuro assessments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• In-person, accredited education in respiratory therapy through CoARC and CHEA-recognized programs
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in adult ICU or related settings

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work night shifts, with adherence to hospital policies on consecutive workdays
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed, with reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses
