Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders accurately, ensuring treatment aligns with evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, integrating therapeutic modalities appropriate for a range of ages—children, adolescents, and adults.

• Facilitate various therapy modalities, including individual, group, and family sessions, focusing on psychoeducation and therapeutic processes to enhance emotional and psychological well-being.

• Maintain regular communication with clients’ families, children’s educational and support networks, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive care environment.

• Adhere to Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) principles and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) to create inclusive treatment strategies.

• Stay current by attending professional training and continuing education opportunities while participating in regular clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews.

• Demonstrate efficient documentation practices using electronic medical records (EMR) to track client progress, treatment updates, and adhere to agency policies.

• Provide or coordinate case management services when necessary, ensuring comprehensive support systems for clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage primarily with a diverse population, including children, teenagers, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will have the opportunity to work with families in crisis and support them through therapeutic means to foster healthy relationships and promote overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current independent license to practice mental health counseling in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.

• Strong proficiency in managing a substantial caseload while effectively communicating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience with electronic medical record systems and proficiency in computer applications essential for documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Master of Emotion, Inc. offers a competitive salary between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
